Store Policies

 1. REFUND POLICY -Adjustments in length to necklaces or bracelets can be made prior to shipping, if you contact me with the length you desire.  However, I regret that no refunds can be made for any art jewelry purchase.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY- Exchanges can be made within 10 business days of purchase.  Should there be any craftsmanship errors, pieces will be repaired at no charge to you.  If you should break a piece I have created, please contact me, and I will gladly repair it for a reasonable charge. 

3. PACKAGING- Packages will be shipped within 3-4 business days of your order. To ensure that art jewelry remains affordable, larger orders may be packaged with recycled materials. 

4. SHIPPING -  I ship first class USPS.  Packages are not sent insured unless specifically requested.  If you would like insurance or signature confirmation please contact me and I will add it for an additional charge. 

- For international shipping over $100,you may need to purchase insurance if it is available. 

- Shipping labels are generated directly from PayPal. Please make sure your address is correct.

5. PRIVACY POLICY - I will never share any of your information with anyone.
